In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the kuro99 website accessible at https://kuro99.cam, including all its pages, services, software, and content.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or uses any of its services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on kuro99.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Real-Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player using their own payment methods, net of any applicable fees.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by kuro99 subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "Wager" refers to any bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, lottery product, or any other wagering product offered by the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required to unlock full Platform functionality, including withdrawals.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the primary transaction currency supported by the Platform.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the Platform's default operational time zone.
• "Prohibited Activities" refers to actions explicitly banned under Clause 9 of these Terms.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's Account preventing wagering activity for a defined or indefinite period.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on kuro99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active Account.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
3. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, company, or entity.
4. You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
5. You have not previously been subject to self-exclusion, permanent exclusion, or account closure by kuro99 for any reason.
6. You are acting in your personal capacity and not as a professional agent, broker, or intermediary for third-party bettors.
7. You are not an employee, contractor, immediate family member, or household member of a kuro99 employee, affiliate, software provider, or business partner.
8. You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

kuro99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period specified by kuro99 may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

To access real-money wagering services on kuro99, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth.
• Active email address (used for all official communications).
• Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Bank account details or e-wallet identifier for designated withdrawal methods.
• A unique password meeting the Platform's minimum security requirements.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you will promptly update your Account details if any information changes. kuro99 shall not be liable for any service disruption, failed transaction, or miscommunication arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information.

One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on kuro99. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a prohibited activity and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances therein.

kuro99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at our sole discretion.

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming commitments, kuro99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players must complete KYC before the first withdrawal and may be required to re-verify at any point during their account lifetime.

Required KYC documentation may include:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or SIM). The document must be valid, clearly legible, and display your full name and date of birth.

kuro99 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following rules apply to all deposit transactions on kuro99:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. This figure may vary by payment method and is subject to change — current minimums are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.
2. Own Payment Methods Only: You must only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees, after identity verification.
3. Processing Time: Deposits are credited to your kuro99 Balance in real time under normal operating conditions. In rare cases of technical disruption, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to clear. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
4. Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kuro99 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, less a conversion fee, at kuro99's discretion.
5. Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
6. Declined Deposits: kuro99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, is associated with suspected fraudulent activity, or would cause the Player's Balance to exceed any applicable platform limit.

kuro99 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kuro99 bears no responsibility.

The following rules govern all withdrawal requests on kuro99:

1. KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed the full KYC verification process as described in Clause 4. Unverified Accounts may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. This figure is subject to change and the current minimum is displayed within your Account dashboard.
3. Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only: Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name and previously used for deposit on the same kuro99 Account. kuro99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4. Bonus Wagering Requirements: Any portion of your Balance derived from bonus funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements before it is eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are withdrawable at any time, subject to identity verification, without wagering requirements.
5. Processing Time: kuro99 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for fully verified accounts. In exceptional circumstances — including system maintenance windows or enhanced fraud checks — processing may take up to 24 hours. Players will be notified by email if a withdrawal is subject to extended review.
6. Withdrawal Limits: Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account dashboard. Players requiring a limit increase for verified legitimate winnings may contact support to initiate a review.
7. Right to Request Documentation: kuro99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the Player's historical transaction pattern or where AML checks flag a transaction for review.

kuro99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each offer. kuro99 reserves the right to restrict bonuses to new Players, depositing Players, or specific geographic segments at any time.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is disclosed at the time of the offer. Where not explicitly stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
3. Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute a reduced percentage towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. A full list of game contribution rates is published on the relevant promotion page.
4. Expiry: All bonuses and any winnings derived from them expire within the period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount a Player may withdraw from winnings generated by bonus funds is capped at 5x the original bonus value.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless kuro99 explicitly permits otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
7. Abuse Prevention: kuro99 monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to, low-variance wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and hedging across outcomes to guarantee bonus conversion. Any detected abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
8. Right to Amend or Withdraw: kuro99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already claimed by a Player and subject to active wagering at the time of termination will be honoured under the original terms.

Seasonal promotions — including campaigns during Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day — are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to their individual terms. Promotional terms are published in English and are the authoritative version in the event of any discrepancy.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on kuro99. Product-specific rules for sports betting, live casino, slots, and other game verticals are published separately within the relevant game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Acceptance of Bets: A wager is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. kuro99 reserves the right to decline any wager without explanation, including bets placed at odds that were displayed in error.
• Odds Errors: Where odds or game parameters are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, kuro99 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes at its sole discretion. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors may have their accounts restricted.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the minimum and maximum leg requirements and stake limits displayed at the time of bet placement. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are voided, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining valid legs.
• Live Betting: In-play wagers are accepted subject to platform availability and are final once confirmed. kuro99 is not liable for any delay in bet acceptance caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, all affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned. Partial game outcomes are not binding. kuro99 uses certified RNG systems for all virtual games.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagering products and are displayed within each game or betting market. kuro99 may adjust limits for individual Players based on verified betting history, responsible gaming assessments, or risk management requirements.
• Results and Settlements: Sports betting results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, EPL, La Liga). Where an official result is disputed, settlement may be delayed until the governing body issues a final determination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kuro99 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using a false name, stolen identity documents, or another person's payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies across markets or using kuro99 as part of a coordinated arbitrage strategy.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated strategies to claim bonuses beyond the intended allocation for a single Player.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their illicit origin. kuro99 is legally obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit that was used for wagering. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their Accounts suspended pending investigation.
• Hacking and Platform Abuse: Any attempt to access, manipulate, or disrupt kuro99's systems, software, databases, or networks without authorization.
• Underage Gambling: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to kuro99 services by a person under the age of 21.

All content on the kuro99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of kuro99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without express written consent from kuro99.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on Platform software or content.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, kuro99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits kuro99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our wilful misconduct.
